For the first time the professionalism and the social competence of guides who lead round trip tours of several days can be checked and evaluated. At the same time we know how serious incoming agencies take their tour guide management. This will set a benchmark for the entire industry. This will become an important decision-making aid for the sales people in travel agencies.
